About the role
We are looking for a senior Ivalua Consultant to join our internal team and support our company's own Ivalua projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the configuration and solution design of the Ivalua platform with strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and background in SAP MM.
What you'll do
- Serve as the first point of contact for Ivalua-related support requests
- Manage and resolve tickets in Jira by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to users located in Belgium, Germany, USA, India, France, Finland
- Escalate unresolved issues to AMS team (external partner) or Ivalua as necessary and follow up on progress
- Configuration and solution design
- Configuration and design of the Ivalua platform tailored to our company's needs
