About the role
The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Production, to develop and improve processes that meet both customer and company requirements.
What you'll do
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Audit Participation: Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Design New Processes: Develop new manufacturing processes to meet product specifications and production goals
- Reporting: Prepare and present project reports and updates to management
- Issue Identification: Identify process-related issues and bottlenecks that impact production
