About the role
Lead the Monitor the Quality Management System in JEPL. Is the customer representative on the premises and insure customer satisfaction. -Quick response and follow up abnormal situation at workshop. Quality Interface when customer audit will be done in production facility related to new product PPAP and Customer Realted Quality System Audits / Third party audits
What you'll do
- Responsible area : APG - Plant - 601
- Lead the Monitor the Quality Management System in JEPL
- Lead the Internal audit Management (QMS audit / Process audit / Product audit schedule and perform as per requirements)
- Perform the Internal/Process/Product and Layer-Process-Audit/Countermeasure-Effectiveness-Verification Audit on monthly Basis and follow up the W3-Items
- Ensure audit NC analysis and closure (W3)as per time line
