About the role
The General Manager – R&D (Synthesis Chemistry) will lead the Research & Development function for the organization, focusing on process development, synthesis chemistry, product innovation, scale-up, and commercialization of specialty chemicals, intermediates, APIs, agrochemicals, or related products.
