Process Engineer at Join a Global Chemical Manufacturer. Prepare, review, and update Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), process flow sheets, and process documentation.
What you'll do
- Prepare, review, and update Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), process flow sheets, and process documentation
- Develop and maintain mass and energy balances, process calculations, and operating parameters
- Monitor and control chemical process operations, including batch manufacturing and reactor operations
- Optimize processes to improve production yield, productivity, product quality, and cycle time
- Identify process bottlenecks, troubleshoot operational issues, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
