About the role
We are looking for an Associate – Operations to manage installation operations for Teachmint's Interactive Intelligent Panels (IIPs). The role involves coordinating with customers, service partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality installations while maintaining operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Manage daily installation scheduling and partner allocation
- Coordinate with customers to confirm site readiness and installation timelines
- Monitor installation progress and ensure SLA adherence
- Handle installation-related customer and partner escalations
- Support onboarding and performance management of Authorized Service Partners
