About the role
Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and maintenance of IFPD devices at customer locations across Hyderabad, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Attend customer sites for IFPD installation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, replacement and service
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues related to Power Board, Motherboard, T-Con, LCM, Touch/IR PCB
- Perform internal hardware inspection, connector/FFC checks, voltage measurements, spare-part replacement, and functional testing
- Troubleshoot software, firmware, APK, Windows/Android, OPS, and application-related issues
- Handle basic IT hardware and LAN/network troubleshooting
