About the role
The Senior Manager – Manufacturing & Service will own end-to-end manufacturing quality, localisation, and after-sales service operations for Teachmint's hardware products across partner factories and service centres. This role carries full ownership of workflows at partner sites — from factory qualification, BOM/SOP creation, and manufacturing quality, to service centre performance and field support.
What you'll do
- Manufacturing Quality & Localization
- Audit and qualify supplier-factory combinations against Teachmint's quality and capability standards
- Own creation and maintenance of SKU-wise BOMs and SOPs across the product portfolio
- Own IQC, Line QC, OQC, and PDI processes end-to-end
- Identify localization opportunities and drive direct sourcing to grow Local BOM
