About the role
Engineering Lead responsible for overall technical coordination and management of all engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Structural) for mission-critical data centre in Dholera.
What you'll do
- Technical Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across MEP, structural, civil, and architectural disciplines
- Provide technical direction for all design phases from concept through detailed engineering and construction
- Review and approve integrated engineering designs, calculations, and specifications for compliance with data centre standards (Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, TIA-942)
- Ensure design integration between disciplines resolving conflicts and optimizing system interfaces
