Fitout Executive

About the role

You will be responsible for all drawing submissions and approvals to be maintained for fitout work. The contractor will coordinate with you for all minor execution issues. Building maintenance and upkeep will be one of your KRA. Maintain records of all building drawing. Make sure all instruction / guidelines are being followed as per the fitout manual.

What you'll do

• Managing housing complexes, residential townships and residential communities requires subject matter expertise
• Be responsible to ensure all necessary utilities are being given to the occupants/tenants
• Be responsible for all drawing submissions and approvals to be maintained for fitout work
• Building maintenance and upkeep will be one of your KRA
• Maintain records of all building drawing
