JLL is seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Specialist to join our Accounts Payable team. This position requires a highly skilled professional with 5-7 years of proven expertise in accounts payable operations within a multinational organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions while maintaining rigorous compliance standards and providing superior customer service.
What you'll do
- Process PO and non-PO invoices; perform three-way match and resolve simple blocks; prepare payment proposals for review; complete basic vendor reconciliations
- Execute Withholding Tax (WHT), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), Tax Collected at Source (TCS), Value Added Tax (VAT)
- Monitor, verify, and reconcile banking transactions against bank statements to maintain accuracy and ensure data integrity
- Keep your queue current so invoices reach payment on time and month-end accrual inputs are complete
- Validate documents for vendor master data requests, log, answer and track vendor queries; escalate complex issues to a senior colleague with full context
