What you'll do
- Serve as the first point of escalation for a group of property managers, clients
- Conduct lease abstractions for new setups, renewals, assignments, and modifications
- Maintain control sheets/calendars and ensure accurate MRI data capture
- Manage monthly tasks: rent reviews, minor adjustments, PLI certificates, LA reporting review
- Attend monthly/quarterly lease administration meetings
