About the role
The Senior Facilities Manager (Soft Services) is responsible for leading day-to-day facilities operations across assigned client sites, with a strong focus on soft services, service excellence, safety, compliance, financial performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Lead daily property and facility operations for assigned sites, with accountability for soft services performance, client experience, and operational continuity
- Implement site procedures, service standards, and performance measures, and ensure compliance with building processes and regulatory requirements
- Promote operational best practices and improve processes to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and workplace experience
- Champion a strong health, safety, and risk management culture across the site
- Build strong client relationships and proactively ensure expectations are met or exceeded
