Strategic Occupancy Planner

About the role

To drive occupancy strategy development and implementation for med to high complexity site and campus locations across client's Regional portfolio, including managing the supply, capacity, demand, and vacancy in support of short term and long-term headcount projections.

• Plans and manages allocations by site, city, campus, metro for current and future state based on finance approved headcount forecast
• Develops migration plans and sequencing of moves
