About the role
To support the Planning & Project Controls team in preparing, updating, monitoring, and reporting project schedules for Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Manufacturing, and EPC projects while gaining practical experience in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and project execution processes.
What you'll do
- Assist senior planners in preparing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Support the development of Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 schedules
- Update schedule progress based on inputs received from Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Project teams
- Help collect and compile project progress data for schedule monitoring
- Assist in preparing look-ahead schedules and weekly planning reports
