About the role
He shall be accountable for specification review, Staad analysis review, connection analysis review, introducing system to optimise cycle time, meet job target dates, optimising the structural design, mentoring the team members, review Tekla file with Staad file, review civil foundation drawings, while also ensuring that the work meets relevant codes, accepted engineering practices, and applicable standards.
What you'll do
- Lead structural engineering team
- Weekly planning for team to be done and support them in their duties with routine follow-up & with technical information
- Execute designs of plant engineering for efficient structural design concepts
- Review structural design basis with respect to contractual specifications & structural codes
- Review Staad & connection files. Ensure all pertinent input data is available with team members to complete the necessary tasks
