About the role
The Process Engineer assists in project implementation activities once a project is initiated and promotes cooperation and integration between the process and mechanical engineering divisions to minimise errors and re-work. The Process Engineer collaborates with their peer group of Process Engineers in Sydney to ensure projects accurately and timely address customer needs and process principles.
What you'll do
- Process Simulations on HYSYS, Aspen Plus, PROII, preparation of PFD, P&IDs, PSFS, Heat & Material Balances
- Design Calculations and preparation of Datasheets, Hydraulic Calculations, PSV Sizing, Blowdown & Depressurization Simulations
- Preparation of Operation, Control and Safeguarding Philosophy, Control and Safeguarding Narratives, Alarm & Trip Schedule, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Utility List
- Preparation of Plant Operation Manual & Safeguarding Memorandum
- Preparation of SIL documentation and having Hazop experience
