About the role
The purpose of the Sr.Process Engineer is to provide technical leadership and working with full range of project execution including all design phases (tender, basic design, detailed design), bid support, detailed design and commissioning for gas treating packages for both on and off shore (including FPSOs) Oil & Gas Industry.
What you'll do
- Provide technical expertise and working with full range of process side capabilities including all design phases (tender /basic design, detailed design)
- Develop design philosophies, engineering documents including PFD, Heat & Mass Balance and P&ID drawings
- Design calculations and preparation of Datasheets, Hydraulic calculations, PSV Sizing, Blow down & Depressurizing Simulations
- Preparation of Operation, Control and Safeguarding Philosophy, Control and Safeguarding Initiatives, Alarm & Trip
- Schedule, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Utility list, Valve and Instrument list and Line list
