What you'll do
- Business execution and operational leadership: Lead end-to-end execution of business initiatives and operational processes, including pricing-related changes
- Set implementation readiness and post-change validation standards. Ensure dependencies
- Oversee operational performance, identify emerging issues early, and drive timely decisions and corrective actions across functions
- Partner with Product, Strategy, Technology and Operations to turn business decisions into durable control process and system changes
- Control management, monitoring and governance : Strengthen first-line risk and control practices by identifying process vulnerabilities
