Associate-Marketing and Corporate Communications

About the role

As a Communications Senior Associate in Internal and Corporate Communications, you will provide support for day-to-day delivery across internal channels, programs and employee events. Key outcomes include producing high-quality content, maintaining publishing cadence across platforms, and providing performance reporting (reach and engagement) to improve future communications.

What you'll do

• Advise business and function stakeholders on creating and implementing measurable internal communication strategies
• Manage priority stakeholder relationships and align business priorities with impactful storytelling
• Balance local, country-wide, and global priorities to coordinate communications in a highly matrixed environment
• Write, edit, and proofread clear, engaging content for internal channels, including newsletters, intranet articles, videos, digital signage and broadcast emails
• Source and develop stories that connect and inspire a diverse employee audience
