About the role
As an Environmental Risk Review Analyst supporting the Bank’s real estate lending activities, you will procure, review, and analyze environmental reports to identify conditions impacting secured and/or owned real estate. You will provide technical opinions on the adequacy and appropriateness of findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
What you'll do
- Review environmental records and reports related to commercial real estate secured loan transactions
- Conduct collateral-asset analysis on real estate lending, management, and owned real estate acquisition and disposition processes
- Serve as a link between Bank personnel and the data provided in environmental reports
- Provide timely review, analyses, and recommendations
- Coordinate, monitor, and/or manage requests for proposals, project scope definition, job award, and work-product review of environmental consultants
