About the role
As an Environmental Risk Review Analyst you will serve to procure, review and analyze environmental reports relating to the Bank’s real estate lending in order to identify environmental conditions impacting secured real estate and/or owned real estate. Review and analyze various reports and providing technical opinions as to the adequacy and appropriateness of findings, conclusions and recommendations.
What you'll do
- Review environmental records/reports related to commercial real estate secured loan transactions
- Conduct collateral-asset analysis on real estate lending, management, and REO acquisition/ disposition processes
- Serves as a link between Bank personnel and the data provided in environmental reports
- Provides timely review, analyses, and recommendations
- Coordinate and monitor and/or manage requests for proposals, project scope definition, job award, and work-product review of environmental consultants
