As a Data Domain Architect Associate within Consumer & Community Banking - Business Banking division, You will be responsible for working collaboratively to develop solutions to obtain and extract large customer data sets which meet business inclusion and exclusion criteria.
What you'll do
- Leverage a variety of analytical and statistical applications (SQL, Snowflake,Python etc.) to describe, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
- Identify customer interactions and events across a variety of channels (calls, branch, online, emails etc.) to target customers for survey invitations
- Wrangle, prepare and validate data from multiple diverse data sources in preparation for file creation
- Independently deliver recurring data files in accordance with client SLAs
- Facilitate requirement definitions, design, testing, and code implementation for survey data to measure customer satisfaction
