As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. What you'll do
- Monitor compliance exceptions at daily cutoffs, ensuring timely escalation of material issues
- Analyze exceptions using instrument data, rule logic, and prospectus terms to determine validity
- Work with data management and rule teams to fix false positives, validate fixes in test and production environments
- Ensure compliance processes and schedules complete on time; manage dependencies and re-runs to meet SLAs
- Research and resolve data import/feed issues with providers and internal stakeholders; document outcomes and preventive actions
