What you'll do
- Reconcile and resolve differences in clients’ cash and stock entitlements across Trade & Income products (e.g., paydowns, interest & dividends, collateral, margins )
- Review cash and asset breaks between accounting/custody records; ensure commentary is clear and understood by internal stakeholders and clients
- Review day-to-day activities per SOPs , meeting agreed client deadlines and SLAs
- Perform/coordinate audit support and resource planning for peak cycles with internal parties
- Conduct ongoing analysis of client accounting records; escalate potential issues appropriately
