About the role
As an Analyst in Business Change Management, you will be responsible for raising requests in internal systems, monitoring and chasing these requests to ensure timely completion, and creating and maintaining process dependent requirements. You will also manage and execute additional validation/control processes and work on projects to increase scope, controls, efficiencies, and productivity.
What you'll do
- Raising of requests in mainstream internal systems (SNow, IBID, Ariba etc.) to achieve On/Off boarding and Ad hoc requirements for CIB employees within SLA
- Monitoring and chasing requests to ensure timely completion based on deadlines/urgency/escalations
- Create and Maintain on/off boarding and ad hoc process dependent requirements e.g., manuals, templates, audit tracking tasks etc
- Manage and execute additional validation/control processes as per documented SOPs
- Execute additional projects to increase scope, controls, efficiencies and productivity
