About the role
As a Financial Analysis, Vice President within the Global Real Estate Finance team, you will partner across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, including budgeting and forecasting coordination. You will work with highly motivated team members to support a connected, forward-looking finance organization that promotes strategic decision making.
What you'll do
- Develop strong working relationships with the Americas regional teams in planning, reporting, and analysis of financials
- Own and understand all facets of the Global Real Estate profit and loss statement and balance sheet, including current year budget and actuals reporting
- Prepare presentations for the Office Head Executive, including quarterly and annual business reviews
- Analyze variances, trends, risks, and opportunities, including performance against budget, forecast, and targets, and key business drivers and sensitivities
- Assist in the development of management reporting and improve the financial reporting and business analysis framework
