As an Associate in Client Onboarding and Services, you will manage end-to-end client onboarding and technical implementation for trade solutions across the Asia Pacific region.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation for trade products and digital connectivity solutions across the Asia Pacific region
- Own the primary client-facing implementation relationship from solution finalization through testing, go-live, and handover to ongoing support teams
- Facilitate discovery sessions and implementation workshops to confirm requirements, scope, operating model, connectivity approach, and delivery milestones
- Build and maintain implementation plans that define deliverables, dependencies, timelines, owners, risks, and escalation paths
- Orchestrate multiple concurrent implementations by applying disciplined governance, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment
