As a Know Your Customer Quality Assurance Associate within the Quality Assurance Team, you conduct continuous reviews against internal standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure completeness and accuracy.
What you'll do
- Test the quality of approved Know Your Customer records against internal and quality assurance standards and record results in the case management system
- Review the reliability and integrity of data collected and challenge the appropriateness of assumptions where appropriate
- Perform quality assurance reviews on new business and renewal Know Your Customer records and complete targeted testing across Know Your Customer activities
- Anticipate challenges in the testing process and initiate practical solutions to improve execution and outcomes
- Identify issues, risks, and trends, complete root cause analysis, and recommend improvements to processes and controls
