About the role
As a Loan Servicing & Credit Support Supervisor – Team Leader within the Loans group, you will oversee and guide your team to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational goals are consistently met. You will supervise a variety of processes, including Deal Closing, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees, and external payments.
What you'll do
- Monitor team performance daily to ensure all SLAs are achieved and escalate exceptions promptly
- Supervise processes such as Deal Closing, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, and Nostro & Past Due Reconciliation
- Ensure adherence to quality and quantity SLAs while maintaining a robust workflow allocation model
- Serve as the SME, resolving complex process-related queries and coordinating with onshore teams as needed
- Implement and maintain a comprehensive Knowledge Management model, including SOPs and training
