About the role
As a Technical Product Manager (Vice President) within the Global Capture and Control Product team within the Enterprise Communication Platforms organization, you will be responsible for contributing to the long-term strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Voice Recording , business controls, and applied artificial intelligence products as part of the Global Capture and Control Product team within the Enterprise Communication Platforms organization.
What you'll do
- Contribute to product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities aligned to business, customer, and team objectives
- Lead discovery through stakeholder engagement and user research
- Turn business, user, and control needs into product requirements, specifications, epics, stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with agile development teams to manage backlogs, plan releases, resolve dependencies, and deliver features
- Define and track measures for adoption, customer experience, quality, delivery, and operational outcomes
