About the role
As a Associate – Product Delivery Manager, you will contribute to the definition and delivery of the strategic roadmap for end-to-end Onboarding. This role offers the unique opportunity to bring scale to an internal application, delivering innovative solutions that improve business outcomes, client experience, operational efficiency, and control standards.
What you'll do
- Engage senior stakeholders to communicate business needs, data priorities, key risks, and strategic objectives; clearly articulate trade-offs and recommendations
- Define and deliver the strategic vision and roadmap for Onboarding platforms and data capabilities
- Own the product, process, and data end-to-end, including data definitions, lineage, quality, access, and change control
- Establish a standardized framework for intake, prioritization, documentation, and delivery of product and data requirements/changes across onboarding platforms
- Engage across management, operations, and delivery teams to review, document, and communicate objectives, program needs, progress updates, and risks; escalate as needed
