What you'll do

• Design comprehensive test coverage encompassing both positive and negative test scenarios, execute automated test suites, and perform thorough results analysis
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to speed up incident triage and trend analysis from operational signals
• Maintain detailed documentation throughout the testing lifecycle, capturing test execution activities and logging all identified defects
• Report bugs, errors, and anomalies to the development team in a timely manner, and actively collaborate on diagnostic and remediation activities
• Deliver coaching and mentorship to team members to build testing capabilities and expertise
