What you'll do
- Design and implement deployment and reliability approaches using automated continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, configuration, and networking as code for applications and platforms you support
- Enhance observability through white-box and black-box monitoring, telemetry collection, and service level objective alerting
- Analyze service health using service level indicators and service level objectives to identify and resolve complex issues before they impact customers
- Participate in on-call incident response, triage, and post-incident analysis, documenting findings and remediation actions to prevent recurrence
