About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Atlassian Jira / Jira Service Management (JSM) Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Jira Automation, REST APIs, integrations, ScriptRunner/Groovy, and Atlassian Marketplace applications.
What you'll do
- Configure, customize, develop, and support Jira Software and Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Design and implement Jira/JSM workflows, screens, fields, schemes, permissions, roles, notifications, and automation rules
- Configure JSM request types, customer portals, queues, SLAs, approvals, and ITSM processes
- Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Jira/JSM solutions
- Develop and maintain REST API, webhook, and enterprise system integrations
