About the role

As a Circle Trainer, you will play a vital role in shaping the training initiatives and overall success of Jubilant FoodWorks Limited's Popeyes brand in Kerala. Your primary focus will be on conducting comprehensive training sessions and on-the-job certifications for both new and existing employees, in collaboration with the HR and In-store training teams.

What you'll do

• Contribute to the overall excellence and reputation of the organization as an Employer of Cho
• Design and deliver engaging training programs for Store Operations, covering various topics such as customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and a strong foundation for their long-term development
• Collaborate with HR and In-store training teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals and ensure a consistent training experience across stores
