About the role
? Receives and gives report about patient and assignment at each bedside during change of shifts. ? Lifts & shifts patient as per the need of department. ? Receives patient in unit to the bed, assembles charts and places/checks patient identification. ? Checking height and weight of the patient. ? Collection of specimen for urine, stool routine and 24 hrs urine collection.
