What you'll do
- Greet customers warmly and assist with billing and payment queries
- Operate the POS system to generate accurate bills
- Issue receipts and process refunds or discounts as per company policy
- Balance the cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and cash collections
