About the role
To take a detail clinical history and perform physical and systemic examination and write the findings. To inform admission/discharge/death to the Consultant Intensivist/Clinical Associate/Primary Consultant. Explain the investigation and treatment plan to the concerned staff nurse. To follow up investigation reports and vital parameters and inform the same to the Consultant Intensivist/Primary Consultant.
What you'll do

- Explain the investigation and treatment plan to the concerned staff nurse
- Follow up investigation reports and vital parameters and inform the same to the Consultant Intensivist/Primary Consultant
- Ensure that the advice and treatment given by Consultant Intensivist/Primary Consultant is followed and documented properly
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols in the unit
