Ensure smooth running of the department and that the entire laboratory is fully operational and ready to meet any emergencies Ensure that all equipment's are operational and the staff is well versed in Operations of the same. Supervise the staff in all aspects and advise wherever necessary. Provide Continuous Medical Education for Staff and self.
