Patient Care Officer-Front office (Ward Helpdesk)

About the role

To establish, implement, and monitor patient safety practices across the organization, ensuring a culture of safety, compliance with NABH standards, and continuous reduction of patient safety risks.

What you'll do

• Provides leadership and direction to the organizational patient safety strategy
• Continuously evaluates and improves the patient safety program based on internal needs and external requirements and standards
• With appropriate collaboration, directs the development of a comprehensive Patients Safety Plan and updates the plan as needed
• Conducts an assessment of patient risks and working closely with Quality/ IPSG auditors
• Develops and implements an institutional patient safety measurement strategy based on International Patient Safety Goals and WHO patient safety solution
