About the role

Monitor compliance of patients with preparatory steps required for particular tests. Give necessary instructions, if required, for sample collection. Check consent form is filled by the patient or not wherever it is necessary like in cases of HIV/FNAC. Ensure that the patient is in a comfortable position before sample collection.

What you'll do

• Monitor compliance of patients with preparatory steps required for particular tests
• Ensure that the patient is in a comfortable position before sample collection
• Ensure proper labelling to indicate "Urgent" status of samples
• Manage the Transportation of the sample with requisition form to respective section
• Participate in all quality management and patient safety activities within department
