About the role
Provide high quality physiotherapy assessment. Part of inter disciplinary team to assess, plan and implement rehabilitation program in hospital. Record and monitor functional outcome measures. Liaise with other professionals such as doctors, physiotherapist, social workers, equipment suppliers, families & careers.
