Check the communication book for any new instructions during every shift Check the assignment Register to know the assignment for the shift Check and verify the inventory of all equipment, and instruments as per the inventory register and inform the Nurse Manager in case of any discrepancies noted Details of patients undergoing special investigations/invasive procedures and or Surgery
What you'll do
- Participates in staff educational program
- Help in orientation of new staff
- Participation in planned clinical teaching / SOP Training
- Supervise and guide Junior Staff nurses, Health Care Assistants and Housekeeping staff
- Supervise patients and visitors for maintenance of health promotion
