About the role
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for driving campus hiring initiatives, managing recruitment operations, and supporting lateral hiring through multiple sourcing channels. The role requires and fast-moving environment.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with vendors, colleges, and internal stakeholders for planning and executing campus hiring
- Manage end-to-end coordination for recruitment processes including telephonic interviews, F2F
- Interviews, hackathons, and learnathons
- Coordinate placement talks, puzzle rounds, assessments, and candidate communication
- Conduct culture fitment and generic HR interviews
