About the role
We're looking for someone who can take a complex, multi-stakeholder technology program from requirements all the way to go-live, and be the person everyone (internally and on the partner side) turns to for clarity and direction.
What you'll do
- Being the single point of accountability for the program, so timelines, dependencies, and deliverables never fall through the cracks
- Multiple concurrent programs at once, staying ahead of milestones, risks, and critical path items instead of reacting to them
- Making sure PCI-DSS, SAR, REBIT, and Data Localisation requirements are built into implementations from day one, not fixed after the fact
- Running structured governance with partners through reviews, reporting, and escalations that actually build trust
