About the role
We are looking for a Recon Ops Analyst to support reconciliation and settlement processes across key payment products. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the drive to build expertise in payments operations.
What you'll do
- Perform daily reconciliation of transactions for UPI, RuPay cards, PPI, BBPS, and other payment products
- Identify discrepancies in reports and work with internal teams for timely resolution
- Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports and dashboards
- Ensure compliance with NPCI and regulatory guidelines
- Assist in process documentation, audits, and internal reviews
