About the role
As a **Senior Legal Associate**, you will play a key role in managing and supporting legal operations across Juspay products and its global entities. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and ensuring data protection compliance. This role offers hands-on exposure to the legal challenges of operating a fast-scaling fintech company across multiple jurisdictions.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including SaaS contracts, partnerships and technology service agreements
- Provide risk-based, business-enabling legal advice to stakeholders
- Maintain a centralized contract repository and track contract lifecycle and obligations
