QA Engineer - Remote

About the role

You'll own the quality gate across mobile, web, and backend systems—catching bugs before customers do, working shoulder-to-shoulder with developers to fix root causes, and building the AI-driven testing practices that let us scale without compromise. “minimising defects that escape to production while identifying and resolving bugs faster as engineering capacity grows.”

What you'll do

• Participate in product and technical grooming—be the voice that asks "what could go wrong here?" and identifies risks before development starts
• Collaborate with our Automation team to expand test coverage, improve regression suites, and identify which tests should be automated versus manual
• Own the testing and verification for assigned Scrum commitments—regression, exploratory, integration, and end-to-end testing as needed
• Leverage AI tools and agents to accelerate test scenario creation, analyse requirements for gaps
• Build strong working relationships with developers and cross-functional partners (Product, Business, Automation)—be the QA engineer they want in their grooming sessions
