About the role
As a Project Accountant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and maintaining the financial health of our various property management projects. Your expertise in accounting will ensure that project budgets are adhered to and all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
What you'll do
- Prepare and maintain project budget forecasts, actuals, and variance analyses
- Monitor project expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets
- Review and approve invoices and ensure timely payment to suppliers and contractors
- Prepare monthly financial reports on project performance for management review
- Assist in the month-end and year-end financial closing processes
